About Me
Hi! My name is Ellie, I'm 18 years old, and I'm a first-year university student. I got into the Faculty of Philology because I’ve loved books since. I enjoy analyzing texts, finding hidden meanings, and simply feeling the language — like it’s a living thing.
I’m from a small town where everyone knows each other, and buses run on a schedule that nobody really follows. Moving to a big city was a real challenge for me — at first it was scary, but then it became exciting. Now I live in a dorm with a roommate who studies biology and grows cacti. Our room always smells like coffee and something green.
I like waking up early, walking through the streets while the city is still a, and listening to music. I love Tchaikovsky, Shakira, and Arctic Monkeys — yes, I have a strange taste, but I don’t see anything wrong with that. Sometimes I write poetry, but I only share it with people I trust.
In my free time, I visit museums, read, and try to learn foreign languages (English and a little French). I dream of going to Paris one day and walking around Montmartre with a notebook in my hand.
University isn’t just about studying for me. It’s about freedom, growing up, and finding my path. I don’t know exactly who I’ll become yet, but I enjoy the journey — with all its mistakes, discoveries, and unexpected encounters.
I’m Alisa. Just learning to live and to be myself.
